Who We Are

Picture
The mission of South Shore Haitians United for Progress (SHUP) is: To assist immigrants to access existing social services, and create social and educational programs that empower them to be self-sustaining.

SHUP strives to foster and improve the social, cultural, economic and civic lives of Haitians Americans and their families to benefit Brockton and its neighboring communities. Through collaborations and partnerships, we provide culturally competent services including adult education programs, youth development, and cultural events as well as information and referrals to public and other community organizations.
